Herman "Louie" Estes, Jr., 75, of Latonia, KY, passed away on Monday, November 17, 2025.

He proudly served the community for 60 years as a roofer/contractor. Louie was also proud to be a Masonic Lodge Member. He enjoyed scuba diving and was a certified rescue diver. Louie enjoyed working on his family's farm in Casey County, KY. He was a family man, an amazing father, and enjoyed providing for his family.

Louie was preceded in death by his parents: Herman and Jessie Estes, Sr.; loving wife: Sandra Faye Cross Estes; brother: Gary Wayne Estes and grandson: Phillip Lee Estes, Jr.

Louie is survived by his children: Phillip (Rosa) Estes, Sr., Mark Estes, Scott (Tracy) Estes, and Shannon (Daryl) Jonas; significant other: Beverly Drummond; siblings: Manus (Theresa) Withers and Sandra Davis; 11 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will take place on Saturday, November 22, 2025 from 11:00 AM until the Funeral Service at 2:00 PM at Connley Brothers Funeral Home, 11 East Southern Avenue, Covington (Latonia), KY 41015.

Burial will take place on Sunday, November 23, 2025 at 12:00 PM (Noon) eastern standard time, 11:00 AM central standard time at Phelps Cemetery, 2260 West Highway 92, Jamestown, KY 42629.
