Susan Ann Sagracy age 72, of Liberty, KY, passed away on Tuesday August 19th, 2025, at her residence. She was born in Casey Co., KY on September 15th, 1952, to the late Alfred and Ruby Redford Cook.

Susan was a retired C.N.A. and caregiver of her beloved daughter Rebecca.

Survivors include: four children: Sonda and (Brian) Raney of Kings Moutain, Larry Justin Cook of Liberty, Colt Sagracy of Russell Springs and Rebecca Sagracy of Liberty, five grandchildren: Jayson, Joseph, Tara Sue, Parker and Keira, one great grandchild: Madelynn Jane, and five siblings: Teresa Beal of Liberty, Patricia Cook of Danville, Ronald and (Nene) Cook of Liberty, Glenn and (Linda) Cook of OH and Ray and (Beverly) Pannell of OH.

Preceding her in death besides her parents one son: Dwayne Salyers, and five siblings: Esther Harris, Fredia Trailer, Alfred Lee Cook, Tom Cook and Lee Cook.

Cremation Rites were honored by Bartle Funeral Home.
