Margaret Stanley King age 91, of Liberty, KY, passed away on Saturday July 5th, 2025, at the Libert Care Center. She was born in Casey Co., KY on October 11th, 1933, to the late James Allen Fights and Edna Carr Fights.

Margaret was the widow of Kenneth Ray King who passed away on August 23rd, 2021.

Margaret was a former bookkeeper for Murphy Gate.

Survivors include: one son: Jeffrey and (Vera) King of Kings Mountain, one daughter: Minday and (Gary) True of Harrodsburg, six grandchildren: Nicholas and (Charlee) King, Lindsay and (Tim) Campbell, Benjamin King, Bradley King, Courtney and (Buddy) Hasty and Connor and (Bailee) True, and two great grandchildren: Gavin King and Reed King.

Preceding her in death besides her parents and spouse was one son: Gregory King, ten sisters: Alma Montgomery, Leitha Southerland, Editha Fights, Audrey Long, Geneva Chilton, Lorena Franklin, Billie Jean Fights, Theda Rothwell, Delores Edwards, and Nadine Fights, and three brothers: Sonny Fights, James Garth Fights and Rodney Paul Fights.

Visitation will be held 11:30 A.M. Wednesday July 9th, 2025, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Wednesday July 9th, 2025, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Danny Bailey officiating.

Burial will be in the Poplar Grove Cemetery.
