Barbara Rose Noel age 73, of Liberty, KY, passed away on Thursday May 29th, 2025, at the Jean Waddle Care Center.

She was born in Indianapolis, IN on July 16th, 1951, to the late Earl and Elizabeth Jane Wethington Noel.

Barbara was a retired seamstress for Fruit of the Loom, and a retired quality auditor for Trim Masters.

Survivors include: one son: Robert “Bob” Noel and (Sandra Allen) of Stanford, and one grandson: Marcus Warfield and (Christine Ping). 

Preceding her in death besides her parents was one granddaughter: Josie Noel and one brother: William Ray Noel

Visitation will be held 5:00 P.M. till 8:00 P.M. Sunday June 1st, 2025, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday June 2nd, 2025, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Larry Harrah and Micah Peavey officiating.

Burial will be in the Noel Chapel Cemetery.
