Welby (W.C.) Pennington age 82, of Liberty, KY, passed away on Monday December 16th, 2024, at his residence.

He was born in Casey Co., KY on June 17th, 1942, to the late Andrew Claxton Pennington and Lena Allen Pennington. W.C. was a farmer.

Survivors include: his spouse: Zada Sharp Pennington, three sons: Bradley and (Karen) Pennington, Brent and (Cristy) Pennington and Benjamin Pennington all of Liberty, twelve grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, one brother: Vernon and (Melody) Pennington of Clarksville, IN, and three sisters: Eugenia Clements of Ottawa, IL, Brenda and (Jay) Goode and Ivadean Helm both of Liberty.

Preceding him in death besides his parents was one grandchild, one brother: Joe Pennington, and four sisters: Louvina Hamm, Opal Clements, Kathryn Wethington and Elizabeth Pennington.

Visitation will be held 6:00 P.M. till 9:00 P.M. Thursday December 19th, 2024, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel.  

Funeral Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Friday December 20th, 2024, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Marshall Malone officiating.

Burial will be in the Whited Cemetery.
