Norman Richard Larson, of Liberty, passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at his home. He was 85.

Born December 16, 1938, in Millington, Michigan, Norman was the son of the late Melvin Lewis Larson and Marion Ann Walterhouse Cedar. He leaves behind his wife, Rosemary Jane Ely Larson. They would be married 66 years on March 1, 2024. He spent his earlier life as a brick, block, and stone masonry contractor and later owned an auto trim business. Norman enjoyed history and was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. He loved Casey County and was a Liberty resident for over 45 years.

In addition to his wife, Norman is survived by his son, Eric (Jamie) Larson of Casey County; his daughters, Tina (Guy) Huenecke of Frankfort and Sherry (Vernon) James of Danville; his brother, Ronald Larson of New Zealand; and two grandchildren, Lee Larson and Eric Huenecke.  

Memorial services will be scheduled at a later date.
