RONDALL BRAY

Rondal Scott Bray, age 64, of Bronston, KY, passed away on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

Rondal was born on May 20, 1958 in Somerset, KY to the late Dewey Bray and Lola Pence Bray.  He retired from the military serving fourteen years in the Air Force as an Electronic Technician in Nuclear Weapons and eight years in the Army as a Recruiter.  Rondal was an ordained minister and he loved to preach.  

He is survived by his loving wife, Wilmouth Gaines Bray of Bronston; one sister, Melissa (Ritchie) Spaw of Somerset; two sisters-in-law, Doris (Ronnie) Crabtree of Eubank and Glenda Lee Griffin of Somerset; one brother-in-law, Dwayne (Sally) Gaines of Nancy; two uncles, Norman Bray of OH and Lowell Bray of TN; two nephews, Chase Spaw and Lofton Spaw; one niece, Braydyn Spaw; and several cousins and nieces and nephews, including Eddie (Daisy) Glover and Mike Jewell.

He was preceded in death by his parents Dewey and Lola Bray; and his father and mother-in-law, Leo and Thelma Gaines.

Visitation will be on Monday, June 27, 2022 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at Lake Cumberland Funeral Home.

His funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at 11:00am at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Bruce Blevins officiating.  Burial will be at Mill Springs National Cemetery.  Military Honors will be conducted by the American Legion Post #38 Honor Guard.
