Phillip Owen Thompson, age 60 of Liberty, KY passed away on Tuesday August 31^st, 2021, at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. He was born October 16^th, 1960, in Miami, FL, a son of the late Mayo Delmore Thompson and Helen Lorraine Wood Thompson.

Phillip was an employee of McDonald’s in Liberty, KY.

Survivors include: Two Sisters: Karen Jones of Science Hill, KY, Debra Rush of Liberty and Three Brothers: Trevon Thompson of Liberty, Lee Thompson of Panama City, FL and Lew Thompson of Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

Visitation will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday September 4^th, 2021, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Saturday September 4^th, 2021, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel.
