Jensen Allen Van Hook, age 3, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob and Kaytlin Van Hook departed this life July 31, 2021.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. at the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home on Monday, August 9, 2021.
The family will receive friends at Pulaski Funeral Home from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. on Sunday, August 8, 2021.
