David Charles Krumm, age 55 of Somerset, Kentucky formerly of Hazard, Kentucky passed from this life on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital after a brief illness.
He was born on November 27, 1965 in Lubbock, Texas, son of the late Kent Krumm and Francoise “Frances” Schagueue Krumm. David completed high school and went on to accomplish a trade as a welder in the construction business. He was a hard-working, kind-hearted and generous man, who enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family especially his grandson; Ryder. David was a jovial type person that enjoyed life and will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved him.
Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother; Mark Krumm
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving children; Kimberly Krumm of Crittenden, Kentucky and John Krumm of Nicholasville, Kentucky but serving his country in the United States Air Force stationed in California. A sister; Patty Krumm of Somerset also survives along with his two grandchildren; Ryder Combs and Alexis Hudson, along with a special friend; Marsha Turpin of Somerset and a special dog that he considered a third child; “Bear Bear Da Krumm” and other relatives and friends.
In Lieu of Flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donation to God’s Food Pantry, 119 South Central Avenue, Somerset, Kentucky 42501.
A Private Celebration of Life Memorial Service will take place at a later date.
