Arthur Wanty, of Liberty, passed away on Friday, April 9, 2021, at Stanford Care and Rehab. He was 59.

Born on January 16, 1962, in Louisville, he was a son of the late Bobby Dean Wanty and Carolyn Stuckenborg Shepherds. Arthur was a plumber. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and simply being outdoors.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Wilson; three daughters, Hunterlynn Marie Wanty of Liberty, Elizabeth Anne Wanty of Louisville, and Rachel Roberts of Louisville; and two brothers, Mike Wanty and Fred Wanty.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a son, AJ Wanty; and a sister, Kathy Wanty.

No services for Mr. Arthur Wanty will be held at this time.
