Dallas Greer, age 87, of Hustonville, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, March 4, 2021 in Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville, Kentucky. Born Saturday September 2, 1933 to the late Hencey and Maudie Williams Greer. He was the widower to the late Maxine Patterson Greer who preceded him in death on December 25, 2015. Dallas attended Locust Grove Baptist Church. He loved listening to bluegrass music, fishing, working on racecars, mowing and tinkering on things in his garage.

Dallas leaves behind two sons, Sam Greer (Letty) of Indianapolis, Indiana and David Greer (Becky) of Greenwood, Indiana; two daughters, Regina Greer Cross (Ebert) of Kings Mountain, Kentucky and Ina Mandabach of Hustonville; six grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; one brother, Paul Greer of Stanford, Kentucky; and three sisters, Gladys Greer Rowland of Hustonville, Mary Greer Turpin of Stanford and Betty Sue Greer Carter of Kings Mountain.

In addition to his wife and parents, Dallas was preceded in death by two brothers, James and Thurman Greer; and two sisters, Cynthia Greer and Cloretta Greer Rayborn.

A Public Funeral Service will be held 1:00PM Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at the church. Bro. Tim Jones will be officiating the service.

Burial will follow in KP Hall Cemetery.

A Public Visitation will be held11AM-1PM Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at Locust Grove Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions suggested to The American Heart Association, The Kidney Foundation and The Diabetes Association.
