Hazel Howard age 91, of Somerset, Kentucky passed from this life Monday, February 22, 2021 at Cumberland Nursing and Rehab. 

Hazel was born November 13, 1929 in Stinnett, Kentucky to the late Johnny Roberts and Hallie-Hoskins Roberts.  

She was of Church of God/Pentecostal faith and enjoyed quilting, puzzles, gardening and cooking. Hazel was known for her fantastic cooking. 

Hazel was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny and Hallie Roberts-Hacker, husband, Harvey Howard, sons, Gary W. Howard, Mitchell L. Howard, brothers, Ernest Roberts, Orphues Roberts, Dewey Roberts, Oakley Roberts and Russell Hacker, sister, Pauline. 

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her children, Kathleen Beasecker, Mark A. Howard, brother, Calvin R. Roberts, sisters, Lorena Biser, Virginia Wells, Elda Ruth Barrett, grandchildren, Michael T. Beasecker, Lori S. Brittingham, Kristine L. Brittingham, Alicia Nichols, Kari Beth Howard, Kyle A. Howard, Sarah E. Howard and 13 great-grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her.  

Graveside service will be held Friday, February 26, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. at Miami Valley Memory Gardens in Ohio.
