Jeff Simmons age 46 of Liberty, KY passed away on Saturday January 23rd, 2021 at his residence.
He was born in Beech Grove, IN on September 8th, 1974 a son of Merida Joy Derringer Simmons of Liberty and the late Jackie Ray Simmons.
Jeff was a truck driver.
Additional Survivors include: His Spouse: Lydia Lewis Simmons of Liberty, One Son: Jason McKay Simmons of Liberty, One Daughter: Amy Faith Simmons of Liberty, Three Grandchildren, Three Brothers: Allen Fowler of Liberty, Michael Simmons of Mt. Sterling and Jack Simmons Jr of Tennessee and Three Sisters: Dawn Pike, Jessica Patterson and Jacqueline Strong all of Liberty.
Cremation Rites were honored by Bartle Funeral Home.
