Frances Ann Miller Price, of Middleburg, passed away on Friday, December 4, 2020, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was 74.

Born on October 27, 1946, in Casey County, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late William Earl and Daisy Marie Johnson Miller. Frances was a member of Pine Grove Church and recently attended The Hill Church. She was a Mary Kay consultant. She enjoyed hiking as a member of the Casey County Explorers.

She is survived by two daughters, Anita (Steve) Godbey of Middleburg and Angela Price of Parksville; three sisters, Ina Faye (John) Miller Price of Danville, Wilma Miller (Gary) Noel of Danville, and Kathy Miller Janes of Taylor County; and a brother, Randy (Mary) Miller of Florida. Other survivors include six grandchildren, Josh Daniel, Bethany Lynn, Astarra Hendrix, Amythyst Brown, Calab Daniels, and Khris Daniels; and twenty-seven great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Frances is preceded in death by her husband, Jackie D. Price, who passed away on October 26, 2011; a grandson, Jonathon Daniel; two sisters, Carolyn Mae Filburn and Gracie Mae Black; and two brothers, Mike Miller and William Jerry Miller.

Due to COVID restrictions the funeral service will be private for immediate family members only. Burial will be held at Casey County Memorial Gardens.
