JANSON SALLEE, 26 OF LIBERTY

 

Janson Ray Sallee, of Liberty, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, May 19, 2020, at Russell County Hospital. He was 26 years young.

 

Janson was born on June 15, 1993, in Danville, Kentucky. He was a Manager at Smith Sales, Inc. Janson graduated from Casey County High School in 2011. He enjoyed four wheeling, dirt bikes, fishing, dirt track racing, playing pool, and farming. He was a friend to many people and strongly loved Casey County.

 

He is survived by his father, Edgar (Kristi Downs) Sallee of Liberty; his mother, Margaret Sharp; two sisters, Kaitlyn Sallee and Tiffany Emerson, both of Liberty; a brother, Jameson Daniel of Yosemite; and a host of other family and friends.

 

The funeral service will be held privately for family only with Bro. Greg Powell officiating.

 

The committal service and burial will be held at 3:30 P.M. on Sunday, May 24, 2020, at Trace Fork Cemetery. Family and friends are welcome to attend the committal at Trace Fork.

 

The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. on Saturday, May 23, 2020, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home. Please enter through the front doors (Campbellsville Street side) of the funeral home when you arrive for visitation. Social distancing guidelines must be followed by everyone in attendance.  

 

Janson’s funeral service will be live streamed on McKinney-Brown Funeral Home’s Facebook page on Sunday, May 24, 2020, at 2:00 P.M.

 

Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to McKinney-Brown Funeral Home to assist in funding Janson’s headstone. Donations may be mailed to PO Box 188, Liberty, KY, 42539.
