Lowell T. Lee, of Liberty, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2020, at his home on Old Bell Hill Road.  He was 71 years of age.

Born November 10, 1948, in Casey County, Kentucky, he was a son of the late Tholet and Jewell Harrison Lee.  Lowell was a retired factory worker.  He was also a former member of the Poplar Springs Volunteer Fire Department and Liberty/Casey County Rescue Squad. Along with his late wife, Judy, Lowell enjoyed gardening, camping, hunting, and fishing.

Survivors include a son, Brian (Amanda) Lee of West Liberty; two daughters, Heather McQueary of Liberty and Cherl Lee-Forehand of Arkansas; and two grandchildren, Hagen McQueary and Alex J. Lee. Lowell is also survived by four brothers, Ray Lee, Cecil (Margie) Lee, Charles (Barbara) Lee, and Leland (Carol) Lee; four sisters, Norma (Rex) Lockhard, Ina Ellis, Linda (Winfrey) Evans, and Leveta Burns; and two sisters-in-law, Jewell Lee and Kay Lee.

In addition to his parents, Lowell was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Judy Ann Wethington Lee, who passed away December 30, 2019; and three brothers, Vernon Lee, Ricky Lee, and Greg Lee.

Visitation will be private for family only.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, May 18, 2020, at Clearview Cemetery with Brother Casey Davis officiating. Burial will follow the service in Clearview Cemetery.

In accordance to the regulations set forth by our Governor and the Funeral Directors Association of Kentucky, attendees at outdoor services must maintain the six feet of social distance, if they are not of the same household. Attendees are encouraged to wear face coverings while attending services.
