SPECIAL HONORARY MENTION - CASH THRASHER & MAKAYLA JANES

We have a little Pumpkin Trail mystery with a very happy ending!

Cash Thrasher and his mother, Makayla Janes, created an awesome IT the Clown pumpkin to enter our contest. However, through an innocent mix-up, a family member accidentally dropped off their pumpkin with the entries for Bruss North America's pumpkin decorating contest!

As luck would have it, Bruss was setting up for its company picnic on the very same day we were accepting pumpkins for the Jim Blair Pumpkin Trail. After a little investigating, we figured out what happened, and everyone had a good laugh!

But here's the BEST PART…

CASH'S PUMPKIN WON 1ST PLACE IN BRUSS NORTH AMERICA'S CONTEST

So even though Cash's IT the Clown pumpkin never officially made it into our Pumpkin Trail contest, it still came out a WINNER!

We want to extend our heartfelt appreciation to Gaddie Shamrock, Dog Gone Classy, our anonymous donor, all of our pumpkin artists, Adair County Recycling Center, Adair County Class D, Adair County Tourism, and everyone who helped make this year's Jim Blair Pumpkin Trail possible.
