8. Christina Gossage (Russell Springs): Possession of a controlled substance.
9. Arnet Irvin (Russell Springs): Possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
10. Brian T. Stephens (Stephens Ridge Road): Flagrant non-support of a child and persistent felony offender.
11. Rosalino Santos (Russell Springs): Third-degree sexual abuse.
