The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists that beginning Monday, Feb. 23, U.S. 127 in Casey County will be reduced to one lane for shoulder repairs.
The project will take place between Loop Road and Patsy Riffe Ridge Road on north U.S. 127 at mile point 21.5. Temporary traffic signals will control traffic on both the northbound and southbound approaches during the lane closure.
Work is scheduled to last approximately two weeks. The starting date and project duration may be adjusted due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Motorists are reminded to expect delays and are encouraged to allow extra travel time while work is underway.
