- Matthew Tyler Lynn, 32, of Liberty: Reckless driving; unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; DUI (second offense, aggravated circumstances); criminal littering; first-degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle); three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer; first-degree wanton endangerment; disregarding a stop sign; speeding 26 mph or more over the limit.
- Kristie Marie Pendleton, 34, of Liberty: First-degree criminal abuse of a child 12 or under; endangering the welfare of a minor; abandonment of a minor.
- Tiffany R. Propes, 34, of Russell Springs: Public intoxication; first-degree disorderly conduct; third-degree assault; resisting arrest; first-degree criminal trespassing; second-degree persistent felony offender.
- William Michael Wethington, 30, of Russell Springs: Fourth-degree assault (dating violence); first-degree criminal mischief; first-degree persistent felony offender.
- Julia Carmickle, 23, of Liberty: First-degree possession of a controlled substance (unspecified drug); possession of drug paraphernalia; first-degree promoting contraband; first-degree wanton endangerment.
- James Hargis Jr., 53, of Liberty: Second-degree assault (domestic violence); second-degree strangulation (domestic violence); first-degree unlawful imprisonment; cultivation of marijuana (five plants or more); possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Robert Paul Roberts, 35, of Elizabethtown: First-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine, two grams or more, second or subsequent offense, firearm-enhanced); first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (cocaine, four grams or more, second or subsequent offense, firearm-enhanced); receiving stolen property (firearm); possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; possession of drug paraphernalia; driving with a suspended or revoked operator’s license; identity theft; first-degree persistent felony offender.
- Janet E. Vest, 64, of Liberty: First-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine, two grams or more); possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana.
- Ronald Dean Dehart Jr., 44, of Windsor: Possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine); possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Don Michael Fugitt, 31, of Lexington: Speeding 15 mph over the limit; possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (cocaine, four grams or more); first-degree promoting contraband.
- Lewis C. Redford, 55, of Liberty: Public intoxication; second-degree disorderly conduct; first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, third or subsequent offense); possession of drug paraphernalia; resisting arrest.
