Sheriff Bobby Jones reports that the warrant charging Brandon Mullins with the murder
of his father and uncle was served by the University of Kentucky Police. Brandon Mullins has been transported back to Pulaski County. A bond has been set at this time for $1,000,000.

The investigation continues by the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office.

Pulaski County Sheriff Bobby Jones reports that on May 25, 2024, at approximately 6:00 PM Deputies and Detectives with the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office responded to the report of a gunshot victims on Sandidge Spur in Eubank, KY in northern Pulaski County.

Discovered at the scene were the bodies of Dennis E. Mullins (Ed), age 57 and his
brother, Anthony Mullins, age 55. Both died as a result of gunshot wounds.
A warrant has been obtained for Brandon Mullins of Lincoln County for two counts of
Murder. Brandon, age 26 is the son of Dennis Mullins (Ed). Anthony Mullins is his uncle.

The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office knows the whereabouts of Brandon Mullins but the warrant has
not been served at this time. Sheriff Jones wants to emphasize to the citizens that there is no
further danger to the public.

This shooting investigation is ongoing by the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office, Criminal
Investigations Division, Detective Jay Picard and the Pulaski County Coroner’s Office.

The Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by the Somerset/Pulaski County EMS and
the Eubank Fire Department.
