1pm, March 28th, Casey County Deputy Hannah Adams was contacted by Sheriff Chad Weddle to assist Porbation and Parole Officers Adam Wilson and Tyler Harrod on E Yosemite Rd.

Upon arrival at Brian Means, age 56, residence on E Yosemite Rd to do a home visit. Entering the residence, Parole officers observed a mirror on the kitchen table. On the mirror was suspected methamphetamine and laying beside the mirror was a rolled paper.

Means also advised Officer Wilson of a black pouch that contained marijuana in his bedroom. Means stated he last used methamphetamine three days prior, and last used marijuana four days prior.

He was charged with Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Methamphetamine-1st Degree (3rd Offense) and lodged in the Casey County Jail.
