The Casey County Grand Jury has handed down several indictments, including:

-Joseph L Goforth, 61 of Yosemite, indicted for rear license not illuminated, no rear-view mirror, & failure to produce insurance card.

-Rodney D Rowe, 25 of Liberty, indicted for reckless driving, disregarding stop sign, fleeing/evading police 2nd degree – on foot, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, possession of meth 1st degree/2nd offense, fleeing/evading police 1st degree – motor vehicle, wanton endangerment 1st degree, operating motor vehicle under the influence of controlled substance 4th or subsequent offense – aggravating circumstance, & persistent felony offender 2nd degree.

-Sarah L Taylor, 44 of Russell Springs, indicted for failure to maintain required insurance, careless driving, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, & possession of drug unspecified 1st degree/3rd or subsequent offense.

-Amber M Luttrell, 36 of Liberty, indicted for fraudulent insurance acts - $10,000 or more but less than $1,000,000.

-Kenneth R Wethington, 54 of Liberty, indicted for assault 3rd degree & persistent felony offender.

-Ronnie D Johnson, 39 of Liberty, indicted for possession of firearm by convicted felon, persistent felony offender 1st degree, resident hunting/trapping without license/permit, entry on land to shoot/hunt/fish/trap without consent, regulations necessary to implement KRS 150 purpose, hunting under the influence of alcohol or other controlled substance, & possession of marijuana.

-Michael W Mann, 56 of Hustonville, indicted for failure to comply with sex offender registration.

-Dennis K West, 40 of Columbia, indicted for fleeing/evading police 2nd degree – on foot, possession of meth 1st degree/3rd or subsequent offense, escape 3rd degree, promoting contraband 1st degree, & persistent felony offender 1st degree.

-Ashley A Vernimo, 42 of Liberty, indicted for tampering with physical evidence.

-Robert A Johnson, 34 of Somerset, indicted for sexual abuse 1st degree.

-Elizabeth A Lawrence AKA Elizabeth Ann Lawrence AKA Elizabeth Ann Blythe, 26 of Lancaster, indicted for possession of meth 1st degree & possession of drug paraphernalia.

-Zachary H Cook, 33 of Liberty, indicted for possession of meth 1st degree/3rd or subsequent offense.

-Jerry Wayne Dick, 59 of Bethelridge, indicted for failure to produce insurance card, operating motor vehicle under the influence of controlled substance – aggravating circumstance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, & possession of meth 1st degree.

-Kevin C Estes, 38 of Russell Springs, indicted for trafficking in marijuana 8 oz or more but less than 5 pounds, persistent felony offender 1st degree, no OL, failure to maintain required insurance, & failure to wear seat belts.

-Ryan M Davis, 47, indicted for wanton endangerment 1st degree & wanton endangerment 1st degree.
