The Casey County Grand Jury has handed down several indictments, including:
-Lyndsay B Wethington, 34 of 187 KY 1859 Liberty, indicted for tampering with physical evidence, possession of meth 1st degree/2nd offense, & drug paraphernalia.
-Timothy D Wilson, 60 of 365 Marvin Wahl Road Liberty, indicted for possession of meth 1st degree, drug paraphernalia, & possession of marijuana.
-Dakota Pevley, 19 of 2434 Shucks Creek Road Liberty, indicted for 2 counts possession of meth 1st degree/2nd offense, wanton endangerment 1st degree, drug paraphernalia, operating motor vehicle under the influence of substance, no OL, & criminal mischief 3rd degree.
-Heather L Garrett, 35 of 38 Primrose Street Russell Springs, indicted for possession of meth 1st degree, possession of a controlled substance 2nd degree, possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, drug paraphernalia, operating motor vehicle under the influence of controlled substance 2nd offense – aggravating circumstance, possession of marijuana, & careless driving.
-April D Delong, 29 of 128 Denson Road Liberty, indicted for possession of meth 1st degree/2nd offense, drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, & operating motor vehicle with expired OL.
-Denise M Frates, 60 of 109 Geneva Drive Russell Springs, indicted for possession of meth 1st degree, possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, possession of marijuana, disregarding stop sign, & rear license not illuminated.
-William S Phelps, 42 of 413 Owens Branch Road Dunnville, indicted for fleeing/evading police 1st degree, persistent felony offender 1st degree, wanton endangerment 1st degree – police officer, persistent felony offender 1st degree, wanton endangerment 1st degree, persistent felony offender 1st degree, operating on a suspended/revoked OL, failure to maintain insurance, speeding 26 mph or more over the limit, reckless driving, & no/expired registration plates.
-Steven M Clements, 26 of 133 Peyton Cemetery Road Liberty, indicted for possession of meth 1st degree/3rd or subsequent offense, drug paraphernalia, & driving on DUI suspended OL.
