LIBERTY FIRE DEPT. THANKFUL FOR NEW EQUIPMENT

The Liberty Fire Department recently received new equipment through a grant from the Kentucky Fire Commission. The new tools, including two Thermal Image cameras and a Gas Monitor, will help to improve the safety of firefighters.

The thermal image cameras will allow firefighters to see in smoke and darkness, which can help them to find victims and navigate hazardous environments. The gas monitor will detect hazardous gases, such as carbon monoxide and hydrogen sulfide, which can be deadly to firefighters.
In addition to improving safety, the new equipment will also help the Liberty Fire Department to provide a better service to the community.

The grant from the Kentucky Fire Commission was a welcome relief for the Liberty Fire Department, which has been struggling to fund its equipment needs. The new equipment will help to ensure that the department can continue to provide the highest level of service to our community.

The new equipment is expected to be put into service in the coming weeks.
