A Pulaski County man is facing drug trafficking charges.

A joint investigation between the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office and the Kentucky State Police, which led to the execution of a search warrant Tuesday.

Kentucky State Police received information that 42 year old Ryan Roy, of Somerset, was trafficking large quantities of Meth at his residence on Wilson Ridge Road.

Upon executing the search warrant, Law Enforcement located approximately 2 pounds of methamphetamine, over $4,000 in cash, firearms, digital scales, and various paraphernalia.

Roy lodged in the Pulaski County Jail on charges of Trafficking Methamphetamine-1st Degree, 2nd or greater offense (over 2 gms), Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, & Drug Paraphernalia.

The joint investigation is still ongoing by the Kentucky State Police, the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Division, and Columbia Police Department.
