Danville Police responded to the call of a knife-wielding neighbor over the weekend.
Just after 2pm Saturday, Officers were dispatched to the Long Run Community Apartments for a neighbor dispute. Their investigation determined that 21 year old Jordan Fogle, of Danville, became agitated and upset with his neighbor. Video evidence shows Fogle approaching the neighboring apartment in an aggressive manner, and making threats, while armed with a large knife.
The victims stayed inside their apartment and contacted police.
Officers went to the second floor landing of the apartment complex and advised Fogle he was under arrest. That's when Fogle attempted to flee toward the stairs and past three officers. He resisted arrest and continued to try and escape. One officer deployed a taser to bring Fogle under control. He was then taken into custody without further incident.
Fogle is charged with menacing and resisting arrest. He was lodged in the Boyle County Jail.
