On Sunday February 19th at 6:30 p.m. Danville Police responded to a verbal domestic situation on Crescent Drive. Officers determined the domestic disturbance was verbal only and no physical violence had occurred.
During the investigation officers located one of the involved behind the apartment building. The subject was found kneeling down between two air conditioner units. Officers identified the male as 42-year-old Thomas Pollard of Danville.
Officers found that Pollard was in possession of a methamphetamine pipe and a small amount of methamphetamine. Officers also discovered that Pollard was not in compliance with the Kentucky sex offender registry.
Pollard had failed to update and change his address and was considered non-complaint. Officers found evidence that Pollard was residing on Crescent Drive, had not updated his address and was also living within 1,000 feet of Tolliver Elementary School.
Pollard was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (methamphetamine), and failure to comply with sex offender registration 1st offense.
