The council went into executive session for a few minutes to discuss personnel. No action was taken, however the council did vote to accept a resignation from an unnamed officer with Liberty Police Department, and release him from his contract.

The next regular meeting of the Liberty City Council is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 10th.
