Shots fired in Boyle County, one man was arrested last weekend.
Deputies responded to the call just after 12am Sunday, to a location on Ben Jean Drive in Junction City.
Upon arrival, investigators located multiple shell casings in the drive way, and a single bullet hole in the victim’s vehicle.
The suspect was later identified as 27 year old Logan James Douglas Dyer, of Junction City, who had fled the scene.
During the investigation it appeared all shots fired were into the ground and at the vehicle. The victim suffered no injuries and a warrant was filed for Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree.
On Monday, deputies located Dyer on Harberson Lane in Boyle County.
He was taken into custody without incident and lodged in the Boyle County Jail.
