A Liberty man arrested on drug charges after a report of a suspicious person asleep in a car.
Deputy Shoenbachler, with Casey County Sheriff's Office, responded to the call shortly after 7:30pm Friday evening, about six miles east of Liberty, at 683 Singleton Drive.
The property owner stated he did not know the man and wanted him checked out.
Upon arrival, the Deputy made contact with 20 year old Raymond G. Duncan, of 1688 School House Rd., Liberty, who was asleep in the driver's seat of the vehicle. When asked why he was at the property, Mr. Duncan stated he didn't know how he got to there.
Dispatch advised he had an active parole warrant. He was also in possession of a clear glass pipe with meth residue.
Duncan was lodged in the Casey County Jail on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine-1st Degree/3rd or greater Offense. He was also served with the outstanding warrant.
