Reports of a vehicle all over the roadway led to the arrest of three Russell County residents last week.
Casey County Sheriff Chad Weddle, Deputy Jayson Grider, and K9 Ronnie responded to the call and made the arrests during a traffic stop on 127.
Elisabeth M. Bandy, 29, of Russell Springs, is charged with DUI-controlled substance, and no insurance.
34 year old David Wisdom, also of Russell Springs, is charged with public intoxication on a controlled substance, possession of controlled substance 1st degree (cocaine), and drug paraphernalia.
Dustin J. Stephens, 33, of Jamestown, is charged with public intoxication on a controlled substance.
All three were lodged in the Casey County Jail.
