The Casey County Grand Jury has handed down several indictments, including:

-Cecil Jeffery Luttrell, 64 of Liberty, indicted on possession of a handgun by convicted felon.

-Jeremy D Wilhoit, 36 of Campbellsville, indicted on possession of meth 1st degree, drug paraphernalia, DUI aggravating circumstance, operating on a suspended/revoked OL, speeding 19 mph over the limit, & no/expired registration plates.

-Julie Michele Pittman, 38 of Liberty, indicted on possession of meth 1st degree, DUI 3rd or subsequent offense, driving on a DUI suspended OL aggravating circumstance, & speeding 17 mph over the limit.

-Misty Dawn Brock, 46 of Stanford, indicted on possession of meth 1st degree & public intoxication.

-Steven L Crawford, 51 of Yosemite, indicted on receiving stolen property $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, tampering with physical evidence, unlawful transaction with a minor 2nd degree, possession of meth 1st degree/3rd or subsequent offense, & drug paraphernalia.

-Jennifer Crawford AKA Jennifer Marie Lee, 32 of Yosemite, indicted on receiving stolen property $1,000 or more but less than $10,000, tampering with physical evidence, unlawful transaction with a minor 2nd degree, possession of meth 1st degree, drug paraphernalia, & assault 4th degree – domestic violence minor injury.

-Tommy D Gross, 35 of Liberty, indicted on possession of meth 1st degree, possession of a controlled substance 2nd degree, drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, & public intoxication.

-Jordan W Sims, 29 of Middleburg, indicted on possession of meth 1st degree, drug paraphernalia, & possession of marijuana.

-Crystal T Hatter, 30 of Yosemite, indicted on possession of meth 1st degree, drug paraphernalia, & possession of marijuana.

-John William Harmon, 56 of Campbellsville, indicted on 2 counts possession of meth 1st degree/2nd offense, drug paraphernalia, disregarding stop sign, one headlight, & inadequate silencer – muffler.

-Felicia S Dorst, 31 of Liberty, indicted on possession of meth 1st degree, possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree, & drug paraphernalia.

-Brian Peter Carmicle, 43 of Liberty, indicted on possession of meth 1st degree, no OL, & failure to produce insurance card.

-Jerry Allan Peavey, 39 of Liberty, indicted on trafficking in meth over 2 grams 1st degree, drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, DUI aggravating circumstance, operating on a suspended/revoked OL, reckless driving, no insurance, failure to register transfer of motor vehicle, & no/expired registration plates.

-Jacob Lee Anderson, 39 of Liberty, indicted on possession of meth 1st degree, DUI 2nd offense aggravating circumstance, drug paraphernalia, no OL, & failure to wear seat belts.

-Marcus L Chadwell, 50 of Liberty, indicted on possession of meth 1st degree & drug paraphernalia.

-Gregory James Sallee, 42 of Liberty, indicted on possession of meth 1st degree/2nd offense, drug paraphernalia, & failure to wear seat belts.

-Douglas L Montgomery, 49 of Liberty, indicted on wanton endangerment 1st degree, persistent felony offender 1st degree, leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance, & operating on a suspended/revoked OL.

-Megan F Kendrick, 36 of Liberty, indicted on retaliating against a participant in the legal process, persistent felony offender 1st degree, assault 4th degree, menacing, & criminal trespassing 3rd degree.

-Jonathan Lee Luttrell, 34 of Liberty, indicted on possession of meth 1st degree/2nd offense, DUI 2nd offense, drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, operating on a suspended/revoked OL, & failure to wear seat belts.

-Ryan Keith Clements, 30 of Liberty, indicted on receiving stolen property $10,000 or more.
