The Casey County Sheriff's Office needs your help locating a stolen car and the car thief.
A post on the department's social media page says Eli Couch took a car for a test drive from Three Angels Drive and never returned. Couch arrived in a black Dodge Durango with an un-named female.
The stolen car is a silver 2002 Buick Century, 4-door, Kentucky plate number 899-YSV.
