A 911 Dispatch report of a reckless driver leads to a DUI arrest Wednesday.

Casey County Deputy Geoffrey Brown received a "Be On Look Out" for a vehicle that was all over the roadway on KY 70. He spotted the 2021 Mercedez van about seven miles East of Liberty, near Yosemite. Deputy Brown observed the van cross the center line several times & initiated a traffic stop.
 

The driver, 28 year old Ketan B. Patel, of Maryland, failed field sobriety tests. His breathalizer reading was .280. 

Mr. Patel was arrested on charges of reckless driving, no insurance, possession of open alcohol beverage container in motor vehicle, and DUI. He was lodged in the Casey County Jail.
