Another litter bug has been busted.

On Monday, Casey County Sheriff Chad Weddle cited Charles Johnson, of Stanford, on a charge of criminal littering after receiving a compliant of a large amount of garbage that had been dumped on Upper Brush Creek Rd. 

Just days earlier, a Hustonville man was cited for the same charge, in the same area.

Both men were ordered to pick up the garbage along with a one-mile stretch of Upper Brush Creek.
