With the forecasted ice storm that could impact our community, Superintendent Barry Lee says Casey Schools will be available for emergency shelter as needed.
If anyone is without power and needs a warm place, our central emergency shelter will be the Casey County High School gym.
If the high school does not have power, our backup location will be Walnut Hill Elementary and/or Jones Park Elementary.
You are asked to bring your own blankets and supplies.
The high school does have shower facilities if this were to be a long term event.
