CASEY COUNTY FISCAL COURT DECLINES DUO-COUNTY REQUEST FOR $135K

The Court voted against the $135,000 contribution, instead, submitting a letter of community support to each of the two companies.


In other business, the court adopted some plans & procedures in accordance with a Community Development Block Grant.
 


Included were: an Anti-Displacement & Relocation Plan; Grievance Procedure; Resolution Governing Access to Public Records; Procurement Code; Title 6 Implementation Plan; Drug Free Workplace; Fair Housing Resolution; & Affirmative Action Plan.


Under road business, the court approved a resolution giving Judge Executive Randy Dial authority to sign an anticipated Discretionary Agreement with the Ky Transportation Cabinet.


In closing, Judge Dial reaffirmed Trick or Treat hours in the County for Saturday, Oct. 30th from 4-8pm.
