Pulaski County Sheriff Greg Speck reports that 44 year old William Rogers was arrested around 3am Tuesday morning during a traffic stop by Deputy Tan Hudson and Trooper Adam Childress.
The officers stopped a 2001 Chevrolet Blazer, driven by Rogers, on US 27 in Somerset, at the Quality Inn. A search, located over 5 grams of methamphetamine, digital scales, and nearly $2,400 dollars cash.
Officers also searched Mr. Rogers hotel room and located an additional 115.8 grams of methamphetamine and items normally used in the sale and use of illegal drugs.
William Rogers lodged in the Pulaski County Jail on charges of Trafficking Meth-1st Degree-over 2 grams, & Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
