A Liberty man arrested after he was found passed out at the pump.

On Tuesday, Deputy Jayson Grider, with Casey Co. Sheriff's Office, responded to a call from Windsor Grocery of an individual who was unresponsive at the gas pumps. 

42 year old Brian P. Carmicle, of Liberty, was arrested and charged with DUI-controlled substance. 

He was transported to the Casey County Jail.
