A City Police car that was damaged in an accident will be replaced with a new 2021 Dodge Charger with a total cost to the City of around $3,000.

There was a somewhat lengthy discussion concerning stray dogs running loose in Liberty. The City Attorney says there is already an ordinance in place, however, the Council discussed updating the ordinance at a future meeting.

The next regular meeting of the Liberty City Council is scheduled for Aug. 9th.
