An Elk Horn man faces DUI charges following a motorcycle accident Friday evening.
Deputy Geoffrey Brown, with Casey Co. Sheriff's Office, responded to the call around 6pm Friday, about ten miles North of Liberty on Dry Creek Road. At the scene, he found a wrecked '97 Harley Davidson motorcycle. The driver, 41 year old Garnett Truman Glover, was injured, and unable to perform field sobriety tests. He was able to blow into a breath-alizer, which registered .150.
Mr. Glover was flown to UK Hospital in Lexington for treatment of his injuries, and was cited to court on charges of Driving on a DUI Suspended Operator's License (Aggravated Circumstances), DUI-2nd Offense (Aggravted Circumstances), No Registration Plates, & No Insurance.
