The Liberty City Council failed to meet yesterday due to insufficient members to make up a quorum. 

Mayor Steven Brown did discuss the city's water issues. On Friday, a representative with the Kentucky League of Water provided the equipment to run a camera through a little over 3,000 feet of pipe, which revealed significant infiltration.
