A Fayette County man arrested after running from Boyle County Deputies over the weekend.

On Saturday, Boyle County Sheriff's Office K9 Deputy Tanner Abbott and Deputy Braydon Hopper conducted a traffic stop on Old Wilderness Road in Danville. While attempting to make contact with the driver, the vehicle took off making a right turn on Lexington Road. Deputies pursued the vehicle until it came to a stop on HWY 33 by Fisher Ford Road. 

Deputy Hopper and Harrodsburg Police were able to locate +/- 1 ounce of Methamphatamine that was tossed out of the vehicle during the pursuit. 

43 year old Brian L Wilson, of Lexington, was charged with:
Failure to or Improper Signal, Speeding over 26mph, Wonton Endangerment, Reckless Driving, Driving DUI Suspended, Disregarding Traffic Control Device, Criminal Mischief, Possession of Marijuana, Trafficking Methamphetamine and Drug paraphernalia. 

He was lodged in the Boyle Co. Jail.

Harrodsburg Police assisted in the investigation.
