A Liberty man arrested after causing a disturbance at the Crocket Trail Store, late Sunday.
Deputy Geoffrey Brown with Casey County Sheriff's Department responded to a call shortly after 8pm, of someone yelling and threatening to kill someone at the store, about five miles West of Liberty.
Deputy Brown confronted 52 year old Dwight E. Miller. When asked why he was yelling & screaming, Miller yelled it was none of the Deputy's business and tried to walk past. After being securely restrained, Miller was transported to the Casey County Hospital where he refused a blood test, but admitted consuming alcohol before driving to the store to buy a pizza.
