About a half a dozen local business owners attended yesterday's special work session of the Liberty City Council.

The only item on the agenda was a discussion of User Fees versus Utility Rates for sewer service.

There was a lengthy two & a half hour discussion, covering much of what the Council has been debating over the last year.

The next regular meeting of the Liberty City Council is set for April 12th.
