Boyle County Sheriff's Office responded to an altercation Monday night around 7pm at the Dollar Store in Junction City. 

During the investigation it was found the suspects had left the scene before law enforcement could arrive. The investigation continued on Tuesday and the suspects were located. 

With the evidence provided and interviews of both suspects, John R Asbury and Jonathan R Asbury both of Junction City were arrested. They were transported to Boyle County Jail on charges of Assault 2nd Degree, Strangulation, and Terroristic Threatening.
