Liberty tourism has proposed a plan for a 1 mile trail around the lake Liberty. Parsons construction, of Greensburg, estimates the trail alone would cost around $15,000. Tourism would cover the cost of the trail with the city providing labor for maintenance as needed.

There was another lengthy discussion concerning adjusting sewer rates for city customers. A special meeting will be held on Monday, November 16 to allow for public input.
