Two people are facing drug charges following a traffic stop in Danville.

Tuesday, Boyle County Sheriff's Dept. K9 Deputy Abbott, Deputy Brown and Deputy Hopper conducted a traffic stop on Hustonville Rd in Danville. 

During the stop K9 Aja indicated on the vehicle. Passengers, Hunter Stratton and Courtney Bowen were in possession of Heroin, Marijuana and a digital scale. Upon arrival at the Boyle County Jail, Suboxone pills and an unknown substance was located on Bowen.

Stratton was charged with Drug Paraphernalia, Trafficking Heroin 2nd Offense and Trafficking Marijuana. He was also served a Marion County Warrant for contempt of court.

Bowen was charged with Drug Paraphernalia, Trafficking Heroin, Trafficking Marijuana, Possession Drug Unspecified, Tampering With Physical Evidence and Promoting Contraband.
